I went for Carrie Underwood's 45minute outdoor concert yesterday with my sister!Breathtaking! That was what my sister said of the concert! Indeed!

It was so enjoyable and goosebumps kept on popping out!

Us watching the concert was not planned at all! Jamie told me in the morning that Carrie would be at ION in the evening and then I went "OKAY, I am going to meet my mum and sister at ION later" and in the afternoon, my sister called me to tell me that Carrie would be there and she wants to see Carrie and I went "OKAY!".
So we met and we went to check the place out. There was an area outside Mui Mui for all the VIPs to mingle and enjoy cocktails and initially, we thought that she would be performing there because there was a small stage with a drum set there. But we still went out and then we saw the huge stage outside! But because we didnt have tickets, we could only enter the side and watch her perform by the screen, so we thought, since we cant see anything, why not we just go to the area outside Mui Mui and see if we can catch Carrie there. And so we did.

Thank God we did! Before the concert started, she was there giving her autographs and taking pictures with the VIPs for about 20mins, we couldnt really see her but at least we managed to take some pictures of her and catch a few glimpses of her!

After that, she went out of ION to the backstage to prepare for her concert. We went into the area designated for fans and we waited for the concert to start. We only managed to watch through the screen but at least we got to hear her perform live! It was simply amazing! It was so good! she sang quite a number of songs!

Flat on the Floor was the opening song and she sang it so well! It was spectacular! It was really great to hear her sing live! even though we could only watch through the screen! Hearing her sing live is good enough! I mean, Hollywood Celebrity performing live in Singapore for free! Golden Opportunity! What more can you ask for? And Besides, she is my all time favourite country singer! How could I give this a miss?!

So after she said her thank you's, we ran out and waited for her inside ION cause we knew she would be walk through ION to exit ION. So we waited there and walked in!!! We could see her and we were all so excited! She even gave her autograph to some lucky people! The guy beside me was screaming "Carrie Carrie Carrie" hahha but she didnt hear him and the guards kept on blocking her! But at least we got to see her! What a night! Unforgettable!

Carrie is such a beautiful, friendly and extremely talented singer and I am glad I got to see her and watch her perform live!
